Interesants fakts. Ir tādi, kas tic, ka Černobiļas avārija bija pareģita bībelē, kur rakstīts, ka no debesīm kritīs zvaigzne un kur tā nokritīs mirs daudz cilvēku. Šo zvaigzni sauca par Wormwood, kas tulkojumā uz Ukraiņu valodu ir Černobiļa.
