We are looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer with more than 3 years of experience. 
The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly designs that meet the needs of our clients and enhance their interaction with our products.
As a senior member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding individual product UX/UI, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that drive user satisfaction and business success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop intuitive and user-friendly solutions for the Mapon IoT fleet management platform;
• Collaborate with product managers and other teams to identify product needs and translate them into effective design solutions;
• Analyze user behavior and feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance the customer experience;
• Work closely with product managers to define success metrics for both large projects and smaller enhancements;
• Present new ideas and potential solutions to various stakeholders;
• Oversee and support user testing of designs and concepts;
• Create workflows, wireframes, information architecture maps, and journey maps to develop low- and high-fidelity prototypes;
• Follow company design standards, patterns, and best practices to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience throughout the product development process.

What We Expect from You:

• At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in mobile applications or web solutions;
• Experience working with SaaS (Software as a Service) products;
• Extensive experience and proficiency in Figma;
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design;
• Comprehensive knowledge of design processes and methodologies;
• Ability to identify, define, and prioritize data-driven problems;
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable insights;
• Excellent proficiency in both Latvian and English;
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team;
• Great communication and presentation skills, with the ability to justify design decisions and research findings.
