We are looking for a Sales Enablement Project Manager – a strategically minded and hands-on professional who will ensure that our sales team is fully educated on Mapon’s solutions, value propositions, and sales strategies. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring close collaboration with the sales, marketing, product, and sales operations specialist to ensure that our salespeople not only understand our solutions but also communicate them effectively to customers. Your tasks will be:
- Develop and implement a structured sales training program to ensure all Mapon sales representatives (new and existing) are fully educated on our solutions and industry best practices.
- Own the onboarding process for new sales team members, ensuring they quickly understand the company, and product portfolio.
- Work closely with the Sales Operations Specialist to analyze sales performance data, track KPIs, and ensure training efforts lead to measurable improvements.
- Implement and maintain the process for ensuring that product updates are effectively communicated to the sales team, working closely with product and marketing teams while they create the materials.
- Ensure that sales representatives have up-to-date knowledge of product capabilities, key sales arguments.
- Support the marketing team in aligning sales enablement content with broader campaigns, ensuring that sales materials are relevant and impactful (made by the marketing team).
- Facilitate regular workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions to help the sales team improve their pitch and knowledge about the product.
- Monitor training effectiveness and knowledge retention by tracking participation, conducting assessments, and refining training materials based on feedback.
- Gather insights from the sales team and customers to continuously improve sales messaging and ensure alignment with market needs.
- Support regional teams with localized sales strategies, tailoring training to fit specific market needs and challenges.
- Assist with consistent messaging and positioning across all sales channels, acting as the key link between sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Analyze sales data to identify performance gaps and implement targeted training to address weaknesses in the sales knowledge gap.
- Align sales training initiatives with Mapon’s business goals, ensuring direct contributions to revenue growth and improved sales efficiency.
- Owns the educational platform and internal knowledge base on the solution knowledge.
Requirements
Education & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, sales enablement, and training methodologies.
Experience
- At least 2+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or product education in a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align messaging and training.
Skills
- Ability to simplify complex product knowledge and effectively translate it into sales-friendly messaging.
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and managing internal knowledge bases or learning platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to structure and implement training processes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track training effectiveness and sales team knowledge gaps using data.
- Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written), additional language skills are a plus.
