We’re looking for an IT Administrator to join our dynamic team! As a Mapon IT Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining server infrastructure, managing hardware and software, and providing technical support to our team both in Latvia and internationally.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare computers and other equipment for new employees
• Provide daily IT support to users (1st and 2nd level assistance)
• Plan and carry out IT equipment and accessory purchases in collaboration with suppliers
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on computers, printers, and other IT devices (or coordinate with service providers)
• Administer and configure network devices (switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, etc.)
• Conduct IT infrastructure audits and documentation
• Implement and maintain IT device management systems (such as MS Intune or similar)
• Travel to other Mapon offices if needed for IT system maintenance or implementation

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role (at least 2–4 years)
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments, computer hardware, and IT security basics
• Understanding of network configuration (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, etc.)
• Knowledge and/or experience with IT security solutions (firewalls, IDS, antivirus software)
• Experience with MS Intune or similar device management systems
• Experience in researching, evaluating, and implementing IT solutions
• Ability to work independently and organize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills in Latvian and English
